HR Advance supports the traditional set up of the performance review cycle, consisting of a 3-phase, ongoing process of performance and development discussions and feedback. Its purpose is to connect your company culture, business goals and strategy to individual performance and contribution.

The first phase covers the objective setting, during which an overall performance plan including deliverables is set up and agreed by manager and employee.

The second phase covers the Mid-year Review, which is a pulse-check for progress on achieving objectives and development. The third phase is the Year End Assessment during which achievements are reviewed and learnings are identified. This is also the right time to set career goals and agree on follow-up actions.

Add another check-in point to ensure your employees' objectives are still on track. During the year, important new projects may be added, and other projects that were important earlier may have lost their value. An extra check helps your employees ensure time is well spent, and adjustments can be made if necessary.
