For an internationally operating client, we are currently seeking an HR Specialist with international HR Experience.
The assignment is for a 4 month period, starting 1st of January 2025. The deliverables for this assignment are:
- Lead HR business integration project aimed at integrating a newly acquired production location in the Netherlands
- Sparring partner to the board and HR team with regards to various organisational development initiatives.
- Implementation of processes and instruments with regards to Talent Management.
